You will be residing in the heart of Montreal “Quartier Latin”, 2 minutes from Sherbrooke metro station, 5 minutes from the Berri-UQAM metro station, a few steps from Montreal’s Grande Bibliothèque (Library), universities, Montreal’s largest park, Parc-Lafontaine, and the Central Bus Station…

 

The kitchen is fully furnished, equipped with a refrigerator, stove and microwave for your use. Accessories at your disposal include dishes, utensils, a toaster, a coffeemaker and kitchen linens.

Room area is furnished with a bed (1 bedcover, 2 pillows), a bedside table with lamp and alarm clock, and a closet. 

The living room area is furnished and equipped with a television with a subscription to Netflix. A High-Speed WIFI internet connection is available. 

The bathroom includes the toilet, a shower. Accessories at your disposal include a hairdryer, and an ironing board with iron. 

 

Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden and animals are not allowed.

The 1st month of rent will be payable the day of your arrival. Rents can be paid in cash or by Canadian bank check or Interac wire transfer. If you wish to pay the rent by international transfer, provide a surcharge of $ 17 (bank charges).
