For young people who come to Montreal to study, attend an internship/practicum, or work for a brief period, we offer you a room to rent in a spacious apartment with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

 

You will share the house with other young people from different countries, independent and serious. You will meet people, develop warm friendships, and feel safe, while in the company of others. You will never be alone to face the cold Canadian winters!

This type of shared accommodation offers you an affordable solution that will make you feel right at home in the midst of Montreal.

You will be residing in the heart of Montreal, a few steps from the Berri-UQAM metro station, universities, Montreal’s largest park, Parc-Lafontaine…

Located on the prestigious St-Hubert street in Montreal’s city centre, a charming Victorian-style home with its own distinctive features, including hardwood floors and high ceiling, awaits you just 100 meters away from the Sherbrooke metro station and 400 meters of the Berri-Uqam station.

 

This spacious 220 m2 (2400 square feet) home welcomes up to 6 tenants.

 

The tenants share the following common areas:

  • A fully furnished kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Accessories at your disposal include dishes, utensils, a toaster, a coffeemaker, and kitchen linens. Accessible from the kitchen is a quiet outdoor patio where you can enjoy your meals. 

  • A furnished living room, equipped with a television with a subscription to Netlix. 

  • Two full baths, each with a toilet, shower or tub, washer/dryer, equipped with a hairdryer and iron.

  • Each room is furnished with a double-bed (1 bedcover, 2 pillows), a bedside table with lamp and alarm clock, a closet, a small desk and a chair. Sheets and hand towels are not included in the rent, please plan them.

 

A High-Speed WIFI internet connection is available.

 

The apartment is air-conditioned.
