Our studios are located in the beautiful Laval Avenue, at the corner of Sherbrooke and two steps from Square St. Louis. You will stay in a very quiet street with little traffic, while being 5 minutes walking from the Sherbrooke metro station, restaurants of Prince Arthur Street, shopping on Rue St Denis, Mc Gill and Berri UQAM Universities.
Studios are rented semi-furnished: the kitchen is equipped with a stove and fridge and bathroom with shower. Practical and functional, our studios offer plenty of storage. The rentals are for 12 months or more and the rent does not include electricity, heating and hot water.
Ideally located, you will enjoy the vibrant city of Montreal with all its festivals and cultural events.
