We suggest renting a room in this charming house, circa 1875, located on St-Christophe Street, just 20 metres from the Berri-Uqam metro station.
Up to 5 tenants will share the following common spaces:
- A fully furnished kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher.
- Accessories at your disposal include dishes, utensils, a toaster, a coffeemaker, and kitchen linens.
- A furnished living room, equipped with cable television and a telephone (free local calls).
- Two full baths, each with a toilet, shower or tub, equipped with a wash machine, hairdryer and iron.
Each room is furnished with:
- a double-bed (1 bedcover, 2 pillows)
- a bedside table with lamp and alarm clock
- a drawer
- a small desk
- a chair
- a closet and an in-room sink.
A High-Speed WIFI internet connection is available.
Respect of one another and the rules set up at the house will result in a friendly, courteous and cheerful atmosphere amongst the residents.
